Kenneth Borucki is a storyboard artist as well as a writer and illustrator of children's picture books. He has a degree in Fine and Commercial Art from the Connecticut Institute of Art in Greenwich. He is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Children's Educational Cooperative, and Small Publishers Association of North America.
Ken formed his own publishing company two years ago. He successfully published the first of a three-book series titled Penn Guinn and the Arctic Adventurers – Voyage North. These adventure stories, about an emperor penguin from Antarctica who journeys to the other side of the world to the Arctic, are filled with rich illustrations and have educational facts throughout. In addition to working on the second and third Penn Guinn books, he designs book covers and illustrations for other authors' books, and has created cartoon characters for newspaper syndication.
