DuEwa M. Frazier is a publisher, CEO/Founder of Lit Noire Publshing, a poet, playwright, journalist, performance artist and educator. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in St. Louis, MO, DuEwa received the B.A. in English at Hampton University, in Hampton, VA, in 1996. She attended graduate school at Webster University, St. Louis, MO in the area of English Education. She is a frequent performer at lively arts venues and institutions such as: The Nuyorican Poet's Cafe; The Brooklyn Moon Cafe; Wordstock International Poetry Festival; The University of Pennsylvania; New York City public schools, writer's workshops and other festivals. She resides in New York.
