Daniel R. Collins, Co-Founder

Poet, musician, and independent filmmaker, Daniel Collins studied creative writing at Ithaca College, in Ithaca, NY. His publications and writing credits include academic essays, hundreds of newspaper articles, and two independent documentary films for Teleduction, Inc., where he is currently employed. Dan has been with CS Books since its inception in 1995.


Glen Randolph Ahart, Co-Founder


Glen “Randy” Ahart was the driving force behind the formation of CS Books. A traveler since an early age, Glen began putting handmade books of his own work on the shelves of bookstores all over the country by the early 1990s. His mission to “manually insert myself into the history of literature” is the philosophy behind CS Books’ independent press.
